1:00pm - 2:30pmCommunity EventsRainbow Exhale: A Queer & Trans Sound Journey
There is something powerful about being able to exhale in a space where you know you are welcome.
Rainbow Exhale is a queer and trans-centered sound journey created for LGBTQIA+ community members and allies. The experience begins with a guided EFT meditation, followed by progressive muscle relaxation to help release tension and settle into the present moment. From there, the session opens into a carefully composed sound bath using crystal singing bowls and other gentle acoustic instruments.
Each sound and instrument is chosen intentionally, with the session unfolding through a progression of tones, textures, rhythms, and silence. The experience offers space for deep rest, reflection, and restoration, with time to slow down, listen, and notice what arises. Please arrive a few minutes early, Doors lock after 1 pm.
Sign up by clicking the "Register" button above.
