    WQRC Pride Block Party

    Hosted by Westside Queer Resource Center and the Hillsboro Downtown Partnership.

    Come celebrate Pride with us at our WQRC Pride Block Party!

      • Choke Hole: Drag Wrestlers Do Deutschland (2021)
        Director: Yony Leyser | Runtime: 22 mins
        Choke Hole follows the New Orleans-born queer drag wrestling collective Choke Hole as they tour Germany.
      • Paris is Burning (1990)
        Director: Jennie Livingston | Runtime: 80 min
        Paris Is Burning is a documentary that focuses on drag queens living in New York City and their "house" culture, which provides a sense of community and support for the flamboyant and often socially shunned QTBIPOC performers. Considered one of the foundations of QTBIPOC trans/queer history.
