About This Event
Were you booksmaxxing before booksmaxxing was cool? Well, come on in, Big Books Day is for you!
Donate to WQRC at https://giveguide.org/nonprofits/westsideqrc. We appreciate all of your support! Every donation of $10 or more today has a chance to win a $500 gift card to Powell’s Books — the undisputed, worldwide champion of booksmaxxing. Powell’s gift cards can be redeemed at any of their retail locations, including their famous flagship location at Northwest 10th and West Burnside, and online.
✪ Are you 35 or under? The plot thickens! Powell’s has donated a second $500 gift card just for our younger booksmaxxers (er, donors).
Big thanks to our BGD partners at Powell's Books. Powell's Books is an independent bookseller serving Portland, Oregon, since 1971. Through Powells.com and their expansive online community, they also reach readers around the world, people who are as excited about books as they are.
As an independent bookstore, Powell’s Books understands the power of community and is honored to give back by partnering with Willamette Week to support Portland’s nonprofits.
