Led by Varrun Ashok. ““In these hour-long, interactive breathwork and meditation sessions, participants will learn valuable tools to manage their minds. Breath is a powerful tool with which we can regulate our thoughts and emotions. Meditation helps dive deep within and experience inner freedom. Together, these techniques enhance our well-being, improve mental focus and clarity, and facilitate growth.”

Note: For this month only, Meditation & Breathwork will be meeting from 5-6 pm instead of its usual 6:30-7:30 time.
